AMENDING REGULATION
ARTICLE 1 - published in the Official Gazette No. 26546 dated 06.08.2007 which entered into force on Promotion and Change of Title of Personnel of the Ministry of Interior Regulation on Procedures and Principles of the second paragraph of Article 2 is amended as follows.

"Provisional Article 3 - (1) As of 18.04.1999 on the same date two years in office and those who graduated from higher education, if they have other conditions in terms of the implementation of Article 7 of this Regulation shall be considered as a four-year higher education have seen."
ARTICLE 22 - Annex-1 of the same Regulation is repealed Evaluation Form.
ARTICLE 23 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
ARTICLE 24 - This Regulation shall be executed by the Minister of the Interior.
