AMENDING REGULATION
ARTICLE 1 - published in the Official Gazette No. 26546 dated 06.08.2007 which entered into force on Promotion and Change of Title of Personnel of the Ministry of Interior Regulation on Procedures and Principles of the second paragraph of Article 2 is amended as follows.
"(2) of this Regulation, Civil Service Chief Administrative Class, special provincial administrations, municipalities and their own union, institutions and businesses, affiliates and related entities with a staff trainee controllers and controllers of local administrations, experts and assistants of the european union, financial services experts and assistants, assistant city planning experts and associations include the auditor and deputies. Article 10 - Article 13 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.
"Article 13 - (1) increased training of the task includes the following topics;

2) Fundamental rights and duties,
3) the basic organs of the State,
b) Principles of Atatürk and the history of reforms, national security,
c) The State agency with the relevant legislation,
d) the Civil Servants Law No. 657 and related legislation,
d) The rules of Turkish grammar and writing,
e) Public relations,
f) The principles of ethical behavior,
g) issues related to the nature of the task areas, and assigning the task.

AMENDING REGULATION

Article 21 - Article 3 of the same Regulation temporarily amended as follows.
