PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF CHANGE Regulation

AMENDING REGULATION

ARTICLE 1 - published in the Official Gazette No. 26546 dated 06.08.2007 which entered into force on Promotion and Change of Title of Personnel of the Ministry of Interior Regulation on Procedures and Principles of the second paragraph of Article 2 is amended as follows.

ARTICLE 4 - Article 6 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 6 - Article 8 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 7 - The first paragraph of Article 9 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 10 - Article 13 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

3) the basic organs of the State,

b) Principles of Atatürk and the history of reforms, national security,

c) The State agency with the relevant legislation,

d) the Civil Servants Law No. 657 and related legislation,

e) Public relations,

f) The principles of ethical behavior,

g) issues related to the nature of the task areas, and assigning the task.

Article 12 - Article 15 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 20 - Article 26 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 21 - Article 3 of the same Regulation temporarily amended as follows.

ARTICLE 22 - Annex-1 of the same Regulation is repealed Evaluation Form.
