PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF CHANGE Regulation
AMENDING REGULATION
ARTICLE 1 - published in the Official Gazette No. 26546 dated 06.08.2007 which entered into force on Promotion and Change of Title of Personnel of the Ministry of Interior Regulation on Procedures and Principles of the second paragraph of Article 2 is amended as follows.
"(2) of this Regulation, Civil Service Chief Administrative Class, special provincial administrations, municipalities and their own union, institutions and businesses, affiliates and related entities with a staff trainee controllers and controllers of local administrations, experts and assistants of the european union, financial services experts and assistants, assistant city planning experts and associations include the auditor and deputies. "
Article 2 - the first paragraph of Article 4 of the same Regulation, the following (p) has been added.
"P), Business Day: National holiday and other days except public holidays and weekends,"
ARTICLE 3 - The first paragraph of Article 5 of Regulation (a), (d) and (e) with the second paragraph of sub-paragraph is amended as follows.
"A) The Management Services Group;

3) provincial director of planning and coordination,
4) Branch manager

ARTICLE 4 - Article 6 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.
"Article 6 - (1) of this Regulation for appointment by the increase in office staff;

Article 5 - Article 7 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 6 - Article 8 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.
"Article 8 - (1) of Title to be appointed to positions subject to change;
a) the Civil Servants Law No. 657 of Article 68 (B) the conditions to move to be appointed as specified in the paragraph,

Article 7 - The first paragraph of Article 9 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.
"(1) Title of the following special conditions are sought to be appointed by the change.
a) for appointment as staff of technicians;
1) industrial vocational high school and / or other equivalent technical colleges and vocational technical programs to graduate from high school graduates,
b) for appointment as staff of the programmer;

1) be graduated from the faculty or vocational,
2) to document that the training of pedagogic formation.

Article 8 - the third paragraph of Article 10 of the same Regulation "in the Annex-1 rating in the form of this regulation," the phrase "put into effect the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 99/12647 dated 15/3/1999 Public Organizations and Institutions' Promotion and Title Change of the General Regulation on the Principles contained in Annex-1 of the annex of Personnel Evaluation Sheet ", the fifth paragraph is amended as follows.

Article 9 - the same Regulation of article 12 of the first, second, third and fifth paragraphs of the same article the following paragraph has been added and amended as follows.

Article 10 - Article 13 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.
"Article 13 - (1) increased training of the task includes the following topics;
a) T.C. Constitution
1) General principles
2) Fundamental rights and duties,
3) the basic organs of the State,
b) Principles of Atatürk and the history of reforms, national security,
c) The State agency with the relevant legislation,
d) the Civil Servants Law No. 657 and related legislation,
d) The rules of Turkish grammar and writing,
e) Public relations,
f) The principles of ethical behavior,
g) issues related to the nature of the task areas, and assigning the task.

Article 11 - the fourth paragraph of Article 14 of the same Regulation, the "one month" the phrase "forty-five days" was changed to the same article the following paragraph has been added to the end.

Article 12 - Article 15 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 16 - The first paragraph of Article 20 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 17 - the third paragraph of Article 21 of the same Regulation, "10 working days after the announcement of exam results," the phrase, "five business days after being notified in writing to them as" modified, the same article the following paragraph has been added to the end.

Article 18 - The second paragraph of Article 23 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 19 - the second paragraph of Article 24 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.

Article 20 - Article 26 of the same Regulation has been amended as follows.
"Article 26 - (1) of this Regulation, the rise in office training, and examination of the transitions between task forces and subject to change of title examination is done under the following principles.
a) The sub-task group of the same group on the main task in itself, subject to the examination without any request from the relevant personnel be assigned to other tasks, and provided that it is possible to move the requirements of atanılacak staff.

Article 21 - Article 3 of the same Regulation temporarily amended as follows.
"Provisional Article 3 - (1) As of 18.04.1999 on the same date two years in office and those who graduated from higher education, if they have other conditions in terms of the implementation of Article 7 of this Regulation shall be considered as a four-year higher education have seen."
ARTICLE 22 - Annex-1 of the same Regulation is repealed Evaluation Form.
ARTICLE 23 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
ARTICLE 24 - This Regulation shall be executed by the Minister of the Interior.
