Edirne’nin Havsa İlçesi’ne bağlı Hasköy’de ilköğretim öğrencisi 13 yaşındaki kıza, okul bahçesinde 3 öğrenci tarafından tecavüz girişiminde bulunuldu. Olayla ilgili gözaltına alınan aynı okulun öğrencilerinden 10 yaşındaki Ü.K. ve 11 yaşındaki E.G. yaşları küçük olduğu için serbest bırakılırken, lise öğrencisi 15 yaşındaki İ.B. tutuklanarak cezaevine konuldu. Havsa’ya bağlı Hasköy’de geçen cumartesi günü ilköğretim okulunun bahçesinde gezinen öğrenciler Ü.K., E.G. ve lise öğrencisi İ.B., iddiaya göre tek başına sıkıştırdıkları 7’nci sınıf öğrencisi E.K.’yı zorla soyduktan sonra cinsel temasta bulundu. Tacizci öğrenciler daha sonra evlerine gitti. Pazartesi günü ise E.K. yaşadıklarını arkadaşlarına anlattı. Konuşmayı duyan bir öğretmen durumu okul yönetimine bildirdi. Okul yönetimi de Kaymakamlığa haber verdi ve savcılık olayla ilgili soruşturma başlattı. LİSE ÖĞRENCİSİ TUTUKLANDI Soruşturma kapsamında Ü.K., E.G., İ.B. ve kız öğrenci E.K.'nin, savcılık tarafından çocuk uzmanı gözetiminde ifadeleri alındı. E.K.’nin yapılan sağlık kontrolünde bakire olduğu belirlendi. Alınan ifadelerinin ardından yaşları küçük olan Ü.K. ve E.G. serbest bırakılarak ailelerine teslim edildi. 15 yaşındaki E.G. ise tutuklanarak Edirne Kapalı Cezaevi’ne gönderildi. E.K.’nın ise olaydan sonra psikolojisinin bozulduğu belirtildi. Olay köylüler arasında şok yaratırken, hiç kimse konuyla ilgili konuşmak istemedi.
