1287 Registered voters in the mayoral and city council member Ovaazatlı'da election turnout was high. 5 voters voted in 1213 election, the ballot box. Ilhan AK Party candidate for elected mayor vote of 651 Gürkaş make a big difference to its competitors, the closest rival, Jalal Tunca CHP candidate received 313 votes. 53 games as a result of classification is deemed invalid DP 92, MHP 77, TP 20 and 7 votes out of CP. Okun did not vote for a candidate Köksoy'a LDP'li participating in the election at all.
Mayor Ilham Gürkaş Ovaazatlı selected junior high school graduates, married and father of 2 children. Gürkaş town is dealing with trade and farming.
